By accessing and using the Bookish Babe Company website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

All custom orders are handmade and may vary slightly from the reference images. Design details will be confirmed before work begins unless the customer requests to be surprised. Turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks, but this may vary based on demand.

Payment must be made in full before production begins. All payments are processed securely via PayPal or other approved methods.

We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Bookish Babe Company is not liable for delays or lost packages once the item has shipped.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Bookish Babe Company and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States.
